1. Ensuring Food Safety: By not accepting returns, we can guarantee that our products are consistently kept in food-safe environments, minimizing the risk of adulteration and maintaining their high-quality standards.

2. Reducing Carbon Footprint: Our no-returns policy aligns with our sustainability goals. It helps limit our carbon footprint by preventing the return and disposal of items, which, in most cases, cannot be resold.

However, we are here to assist you in making the right choice before your purchase. Our dedicated support team is readily available to address any questions you may have about our products and your order.

In the event of damage: If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us, and we'll swiftly arrange for a replacement. We value your satisfaction, and we're committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with your purchase.

Damaged Product Refunds: We automatically award refunds for damaged products. We kindly request that you provide photo evidence of the damage within three days of receiving the product to expedite the resolution process.

Please note that our 8 lb pails are non-refundable as part of this policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with the highest quality products and support.
